Vincent Adams

Vincent Adams (born 26 January 1950) is a retired Guyanese-American environmental engineer. He was a senior manager at the United States Department of Energy until his retirement in 2016, and subsequently served as head of the Guyana Environmental Protection Agency from 2018 to 2020.
