Đặc biệt việc tận dụng vỏ quả, chứa hàm lượng cao hợp chất chống oxy hóa và pectin, bổ sung vào sữa chua giúp nâng cao giá trị dinh dưỡng, tăng lợi ích kinh tế, hạn chế lượng chất thải gây ô nhiểm môi trường</subfield>
