   <subfield code="a">Nghiên cứu phơi nhiễm giáp xác chân chèo nhiệt đới Pseudodiaptomus annandalei với đồng (Cu²⁺, có nồng độ 30 μg/L) ở hai điều kiện nhiệt độ (30 và 34 °C) qua hai thế hệ nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của Cu²⁺ và nhiệt độ lên tỷ lệ sống, sinh sản và sinh trưởng của loài copepod P.annandalei. Nồng độ Cu²⁺30 μg/L được chọn dựa trên kết quả của thí nghiệm kiểm tra độc cấp tính trong 24 giờ với các mức nồng độ Cu²⁺ (0, 30, 100, 250, 500, 750 μg/L). Chênh lệch nhiệt độ 4 °C mô phỏng mức  tăng nhiệt độ dự đoán vào năm 2100 (kịch bản IPCC RPC8.5, 2013). Copepod cái mang trứng và copepod đực  trưởng thành được tiếp xúc với một trong hai nồng độ đồng ( 0; 30 μg/L) ở 2 mức nhiệt độ 30 và 34 °C  trong năm ngày. Sau đó copepod cái sống sót sẽ cho sinh sản ở nước biển sạch, thu copepod F₁ nuôi  trong nước biển sạch ở 2 mức nhiệt độ tương ứng cho đến khi trưởng thành. Kết quả cho thấy: Ở thế hệ F0, tỉ lệ sống, sức sản xuất naupli bị giảm mạnh khi phơi nhiễm với Cu²⁺, đặc biệt trong điều kiện nhiệt độ cao. So với đối chứng, tổng số naupli ở nghiệm thức Cu²⁺giảm 12 lần ở 30°C và giảm 180 lần ở 34 °C. Tuy nhiên tốc độ dinh dưỡng của P.annandalei ở  34 °C cao hơn so với 30 °C. Ở thế hệ F₁, số  lượng cá thể phát triển đến giai đoạn  trưởng thành thấp hơn ở các nghiệm thức Cu²⁺ -F₀ và nhiệt độ so với đối chứng. F₀ phơi nhiễm với Cu²⁺ làm F₁ phát triển thành cá thể có kích thước lớn hơn so với đối chứng. Trong khi đó, nhiệt độ cao làm P.annandalei sinh ra cá thể nhỏ hơn.</subfield>
