   <subfield code="a">Đề tài “Xác định đặc điểm Probiotic của vi khuẩn được phân lập từ cá tra nuôi (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)” đã được thực hiện tại công ty Nam Việt. Nghiên cứu này nhằm chọn lọc vi khuẩn có khả năng phân hủy hữu cơ và kháng vi khuẩn gây bệnh tạo cơ sở cho việc sản xuất chế phẩm vi sinh phục vụ nuôi cá tra tại vùng nuôi An Giang. Nội dung của  đề  tài  xác  định  đặc tính Probiotic của các chủng vi khuẩn phân lập được từ ao nuôi cá tra thâm canh. Kết quả  đã chọn lọc được 1 chủng  Bacillus subtilis  B3CT và 1 chủng Lactobacillus plantarum L3 có khả năng phân hủy hữu cơ và kháng khuẩn tốt. Tiếp đó một thí nghiệm kiểm chứng được thực hiện trong bể xi măng với 3 nghiệm thức: (1) đối chứng (không bổ sung vi khuẩn); (2) nghiệm thức bổ sung kết hợp Bacillus subtilis B3CT và Lactobacillus plantarum L3 với tỉ lệ 50/50. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ sống của cá ở nghiệm thức có bổ sung vi khuẩn (85,21%) cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê so với nghiệm thức không bổ  sung vi khuẩn (70,75%). Tốc độ  tăng  trưởng  tương đối của cá ở nghiệm thức có bổ sung vi khuẩn (0,267±0,02 g/ngày) tốt  hơn  nghiệm thức không bổ  sung vi khuẩn (0,228±0,01 g/ngày. Hệ số chuyển hóa thức ăn (FCR) ở nghiệm thức bổ sung vi khuẩn (0,86) thấp hơn có ý nghĩ thống kê (p&lt;0,05) so với nghiệm thức không bổ sung (1,25).</subfield>
