   <subfield code="a">Đề tài được thực hiện với mục đích đánh giá khả năng ức chế α-amylase và α-glucosidase từ cao chiết cây Lộc vừng (Barringtonia acutangula (L.) Gaertn.) ở mức độ in-vitro. Bằng phương pháp so màu với nhôm cloride cho thấy hàm lượng flavonoid tổng trong cao chiết ethanol vỏ và lá lần lượt là là 63,6 mgQE/g và 121,6 mgQE/g. Bằng phương pháp khử gốc tự do DPPH cho thấy, cả cao vỏ và lá đều có khả năng kháng oxy hóa với giá trị IC50 lần lượt là 0,124 mg/mL và 0,113 mg/mL. Phân đoạn n-hexan, ethyl acetae và nước từ cao chiết ethanol lá cây Lộc vừng có khả năng ức chế hoạt động của enzyme α-amylase và α-glucosidase. Tương ứng, các giá trị IC50 là 2,179; 0,458; 0,109 mg/mL và 0,334; 0,158; 0,074 mg/mL.</subfield>
