   <subfield code="a">Mục tiêu của đề tài là phân tích tác động của hàng hóa thay thế và hàng hoá bổ sung đến mức sẵn lòng chi trả sản phẩm sữa hữu cơ Vinamilk trên địa bàn Thành phố Vĩnh Long, tỉnh Vĩnh Long. Đề tài tiến hành nghiên cứu định tính và định lƣợng với việc phỏng vấn 98 ngƣời tiêu dùng trên địa bàn 10 xã, phƣờng thuộc thành phố Vĩnh Long bằng phƣơng pháp chọn mẫu thuận tiện. Các phƣơng pháp nhƣ thống kê mô tả và phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính logarith đƣợc sử dụng trong nghiên cứu này. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy với sự xuất hiện của các hàng hóa có liên quan, cụ thể trong trƣờng hợp nghiên cứu này là hàng hóa thay thế và hàng hóa bổ sung, đặc biệt là hàng hóa thay thế, ngƣời tiêu dùng có thể thay đổi hành vi tiêu dùng khi có sự xuất hiện của 2 loại hàng hóa này. Theo kết quả nghiên cứu, khi trong rổ hàng hóa của họ đã có sẵn hàng hóa thay thế và hàng hóa bổ sung thì mức giá họ sẵn lòng chi trả đối với sản phẩm sữa hữu cơ Vinamilk sẽ tăng, mức tăng của hàng hóa thay thế thấp hơn mức tăng của hàng hóa bổ sung.</subfield>
