   <subfield code="a">Vật liệu tương hợp sinh học hay vật liệu có đặc tính tương hợp sinh học rất cần thiết trong lĩnh vực y học. Loại vật liệu này thường là các polymer tổng hợp, polymer tự nhiên hay bioceramic được sản suất từ các khoáng vô cơ tự nhiên. Việc nghiên cứu điều chế và ứng dụng các vật liệu tương hợp sinh học rất quan trọng. Trong nghiên cứu này khoáng vô cơ dạng hydroxyapatite được nghiên cứu trích ly từ vẩy cá lóc và ứng dụng chúng trong chế tạo khung tương hợp sinh học (bioscaffold) có thể sử dụng trong lĩnh vực y sinh. Vẩy cá sau khi thu mua từ các cơ sở chế biến, được rửa sạch, sấy ở 70°C, nghiền thành bột mịn và sau đó được nung ở nhiệt độ cao để thu được hydroxyapatite. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng, có thể thu được hydroxyapatite có kích thước tinh thể 94 nm khi nung bột vẩy các nhiệt độ 900°C trong 6 giờ. Khung tương hợp sinh học (bioscaffold) có dạng cấu trúc xốp được chế tạo từ polycaprolatone PCL và hydroxyapatite bằng phương pháp tách pha dung môi. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hình thành scaffold như loại dung môi hòa tan, loại dung môi trao đổi, thành phần dung môi trao đổi, nồng độ polymer và hàm lượng HA được tiến hành khảo sát. Kết quả cho thấy rằng scaffold thu được có độ xốp cao, kích thước lỗ xốp dao động khoảng 4 – 11 µm. Ngoài ra tính phân hủy sinh học của bioscaffold trong môi trường đệm PBS (Phosphate-buffered saline) và môi trường dịch giả thể người SBF (Simulated body fluid) cũng được tiến hành khảo sát đối với các mẫu chứa loại HA (từ vẩy cá, xương cá, xương bò, HA – Collagen) và hàm lượng HA khác nhau (0 – 15%). Kết quả cho thấy rằng các mẫu scaffold đều có khả năng phân hủy trong môi trường PBS. Khả năng phân hủy cao nhất là mẫu scaffold từ HA cá (3,8%), và thấp nhất là mẫu HAC (1,4%) trong khoảng thời gian 7 – 28 ngày. Nghiên cứu còn tiến hành khảo sát khả năng tạo khoáng scaffold trong môi trường SBF trong thời gian 14 – 28 ngày cho thấy có sự hình thành khoáng tinh thể hình que trên bề mặt của các mẫu scaffold.</subfield>
