   <subfield code="a">Chúng tôi nghiên cứu quá trình mô phỏng vật liệu silicene nanoribbons biên armchairdưới áp suất cao từtrạng thái vô định hı̀nhđến trạng thái tinh thể.Phương pháp mô phỏng động lực học phân tử được áp dụng cho quá trình nung mô hình từ 50 K lên 3.500 K để làm tan chảy mô hình với tốc độ1212 10.Ks. Sau đó làm lạnh mô hình từ 3.500 K xuống 300 K với cùng tốc độ, ở chế độ NVT, áp suất tăng và hồi phục mô hình 300 K sau 105 bước MD. Các quá trình chuyển pha, cấu trúc và tính chất nhiệt động của silicene nanoribbon lỏng và vô định hình dưới ảnh hưởng của áp suất được khảo sát và phân tích qua hàm phân bố xuyên tâm, phân bố số phối vị, góc liên kết, số vòng liên kết, khoảng cách liên kết Si-Si, độ nhấp nhô và năng lượng. Kết quả cho thấy, dạng lưới silicene ở trạng thái áp suất cao được xác định và có sự phát triển cấu trúc tinh thể tốt hơn. Sự ổn định nhiệt của mô hình cũng được chứng tỏ, vật liệu silicene nanoribbon có thể được điều khiển bằng áp suất để có được cấu trúc theo ý muốn cho thấy tiềm năng áp dụng vào thực tế của việc chế tạo vật liệu 2 chiều này.</subfield>
