   <subfield code="a">Chúng tôi nghiên cứu quá trình mô phỏng vật liệu silicene nanoribbons biên armchair với bốn mô hình có kích thước khác nhau: mô hình chứa 3000, 6000, 8000 và 10000 nguyên tử được sắp xếp theo cấu trúc tổ ong với buckling ∆ = 0.44 Å và độ dài liên kết d = 2.28 Å. Phương pháp mô phỏng động lực học phân tử được áp dụng cho quá trình nung mô hình từ 50 K lên 3500 K để làm tan chảy mô hình với tốc độ ɣ= 2 x 10¹¹Ks⁻¹. Sau đó làm lạnh mô hình từ 3500 K xuống 300 K với cùng tốc độ, chế độ NVT, áp suất bằng không và hồi phục mô hình 300 K sau 10⁵ bước MD. Các quá trình chuyển pha, cấu trúc và tính chất nhiệt động của silicene nanoribbon lỏng và vô định hình phụ thuộc vào nhiệt độ cho các mô hình có kích thước khác nhau được khảo sát và phân tích qua hàm phân bố xuyên tâm, phân bố số phối vị, góc liên kết, số vòng liên kết, khoảng cách liên kết Si-Si, độ nhấp nhô và năng lượng. Kết quả cho thấy, sự nóng chảy của SiNRBs từ trạng thái tinh thể đã bị ảnh hưởng bởi kích thước của mô hình.</subfield>
