   <subfield code="a">Trong bài nghiên cứu này, bằng việc sử dụng mô hình liên kết mạnh để khảo sát cấu trúc vùng cũng như mật độ trạng thái (DOS) của zigzag buckling silicene nanoribbons (ZBSiNRs). Ngoài ra, điện trường ngoài cũng được thêm vào Hamilton để khảo sát ảnh hưởng của điện trường vuông góc và điện trường song song lên các đặc tính điện tử của BSiNRs. Đầu tiên, chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng BSiNRs có một độ rộng vùng cấm nhỏ và nó phụ thuộc vào khoảng cách buckling giữa hai lớp nguyên tử. Thứ hai, bằng cách so sánh tác động của hai điện trường, chúng tôi đã chỉ ra rằng trường vuông góc có tác dụng mở rộng vùng cấm nhiều hơn so với trường song song. Độ mở vùng cấm tỷ lệ với cường độ của điện thế vuông góc. Không giống như điện trường vuông góc, độ rộng vùng cấm trong trường song song sẽ giảm nếu cường độ của trường vượt quá giá trị tới hạn. Trong điện trường vuông góc, BSiNRs bịtác động mạnh hơn so với flat silicene nanoribbons (FSiNR) và graphene nanoribbons (GNR). Đặc biệt, khi chúng tôi điều tra đồng thời cảhai trường, chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng chúng có tác động lẫn nhau đến độ rộng cùng cấm của BSiNRs. Những kết quả này rất quan trọng để hiểu toàn diện hơn về tác động của điện trường lên BSiNRs.</subfield>
