   <subfield code="a">Góp ý bài viết trực tuyến thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu, trong những năm gần đây, đã được sử dụng và mang lại kết quả tích cực trong các bối cảnh giảng dạy khác nhau. Vì vậy, nghiên cứu này được thực hiện để xem xét sự tác động khác nhau giữa sự kết hợp góp ý từ bạn bè và giáo viên, và sự góp ý chỉ từ giáo viên thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu đối với việc viết đoạn văn tiếng Anh của học sinh. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu này cũng tìm hiểu thái độ của học sinh đối với tác động của góp ý từ bạn bè và giáo viên thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu đối với việc viết đoạn văn của mình. Trong nghiên cứu này, phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng được kết hợp; dữ liệu định lượng và định tính được thu thập. 22 học sinh lớp 11 của một trường trung học phổ thông ở Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, Việt Nam được chọn làm người tham gia. 22 học sinh được chỉ định vào hai nhóm: một nhóm thực nghiệm nhận góp ýtừ cả học sinh và giáo viên thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu và một nhóm đối chứng chỉ nhận góp ý bài viết của giáo viên sử dụng phần mềm Google Tài liệu. Học sinh hoàn thành hai bài viết; mỗi bài viết bao gồm bản nháp đầu tiên, bản nháp thứ hai và bản nháp cuối cùng. Trước khi nghiên cứu, học sinh từ nhóm thực nghiệm được tập huấn về cách đưa ra góp ý bài viết cho nhau. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ sáu bản nháp của hai bài viết, ba bản nháp cho một bài viết, và các cuộc phỏng vấn vào cuối nghiên cứu. Qua nghiên cứu, kết quả cho thấy rằng học sinh nhận được góp ýcủa giáo viên trong nhóm đối chứng viết đoạn văn tốt hơn học sinh nhận được góp ý cả từ bạn bè và giáo viên thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu trong nhóm thực nghiệm. Kết quả cũng chỉ ra rằng học sinh ở cả hai nhóm đã cải thiện khả năng viết của mình qua các bản nháp sửa đổi. Từ các cuộc phỏng vấn, kết quả cho thấy rằng học sinh có thái độ tích cực đối với tác động của góp ý từ bạn bè và giáo viên thông qua phần mềm Google Tài liệu đối với việc viết đoạn văn của mình.</subfield>
