   <subfield code="a">Một thí nghiệm được tiến hành để đánh giá ảnh hưởng các nguồn biochar khác nhau trong khẩu phần lên năng suất sinh trưởng, hệ miễn dịch, thông số máu, lipid huyết tương và quần thể vi sinh vật ruột non ở gà Nòi lai. Tổng cộng 320 con gà từ 5 đến 14 tuần tuổi được bố trí theo thể thức hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên với 5 nghiệm thức: đối chứng (không có biochar) và 4 nghiệm thức có bổ sung 4 loại biochar lần lượt là thân bắp (BiTB), gáo dừa (BiGD), lục bình (BiLB) và trấu (BiT) với mức độ 1% trong khẩu phần, lặp lại bốn lần. Kết quả chỉ rằng các nguồn biochar khác nhau trong khẩu phần đã ảnh hưởng lên khối lượng gà cuối thí nghiệm, gà nuôi khẩu phần BiT có khối lượng nặng hơn các nghiệm thức khác (P=0,02), vì thế NTBiT cũng có tăng trọng cao hơn, nhưng không ảnh hưởng đến lượng ăn vào và hệ số chuyển hóa thức ăn. Hàm lượng hematocrit cao hơn ở nghiệm thức được bổ sung biochar so với đối chứng. Gà nuôi các khẩu phần có biochar đã giảm có ý nghĩa hàm lượng cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol và HDL-cholesterol tăng lên đáng kể trong BiTB và BiLB. Đáp ứng miễn dịch đối với vaccine phòng bệnh Newcastle bị ảnh hưởng bởi các biochar trong chế độ ăn uống (P &lt;0,01). Số lượng vi khuẩn E. coli đã giảm ở các NT có bổ sung biochar. Biochar được sản xuất từ trấu có ảnh hưởng tốt nhất lên khối lượng gà cuối thí nghiệm, giảm cholesterol và cải thiện hệ miễn dịch của gà Nòi lai.</subfield>
