   <subfield code="a">Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm phân lập và tuyển chọn các chủng xạ khuẩn (Streptomyces spp.) có khả năng kháng khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus và hoạt tính enzyme phân hủy chất hữu cơ cao như protease, α-amylase và cellulase làm cơ sở để phát triển probiotic ứng dụng trong nuôi trồng thủy sản. Thí nghiệm được tiến hành tại khoa Thủy sản, Trường Đại học Cần Thơ từ năm 2019 đến năm 2020, gồm các nội dụng sau: (1) Phân lập và sàng lọc các chủng xạ khuẩn tiềm năng với hoạt tính kháng Vibrio parahaemolyticus và enzyme ngoại bào cao; (2) Tối ưu điều kiện nuôi tăng sinh các chủng xạ khuẩn tiềm năng trong điều kiện in vitro; (3) Thử nghiệm ảnh hưởng của các chủng xạ khuẩn chọn lọc lên chất lượng nước và tăng trưởng của tôm thẻ chân trắng (Litopenaeus vannamei) ở quy mô bể thực nghiệm; (4) Định danh các chủng xạ khuẩn tiềm năng bằng phương pháp giải trình tự trên đoạn gen 16S rRNA. Kết quả thí nghiệm (1) cho thấy tổng cộng 54 chủng xạ khuẩn được phân lập từ bùn đáy ao nuôi tôm, trong đó 4 chủng (CM1.1, CM2.4, DH3.4 và TV1.4) được chọn lọc với khả năng đối kháng Vibrio parahaemolyticus mạnh nhất với vòng kháng khuẩn lớn hơn 10 mm. Hơn nữa, hoạt tính enzyme ngoại bào protease và α-amylase của cả 4 chủng được đánh giá tương đối cao, tuy nhiên hoạt tính enzyme cellulase của 2 chủng CM2.4 và DH3.4 đạt giá trị cao nhất.</subfield>
