   <subfield code="a">Đề tài “Nghiên cứu kỹ thuật xác định độ chín/độ pH của xoài Cát Hòa Lộc ứng dụng cảm biến ánh sáng VIS/NIR” tập chung vào việc nghiên cứu, chế tạo ra thiết bị xác định độ chín của xoài, mà cụ thể ở đây là xoài cát Hòa Lộc, phương pháp này dựa trên việc phân tích quang phổ khả kiến (VIS) và cận hồng ngoại (NIR) nhằm tìm ra vùng quang phổ thể hiện được độ chín cũng như là độ pH của quả xoài, từ đó giúp đánh giá và phân loại chất lượng quả xoài một cách nhanh chóng và chính xác nhất. Với sự phát triển của khoa học kĩ thuật cùng với nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng về chất lượng trái cây, đặt ra vấn đề phải chế tạo ra một thiết bị xác định chất lượng của quả một cách chính xác, tiện lợi nhằm giúp cho không chỉ người tiêu dùng mà cả những cơ sở, doanh nghiệp cũng thuận lợi hơn trong quá trình phân loại trái cây để vận chuyển, xuất khẩu. Trước sự cấp thiết của xã hội, bài viết này sẽ trình bày cụ thể từ quá trình nghiên cứu cho đến việc chế tạo ra sản phẩm, từ đó ta thấy được khả năng ứng dụng trong đời sống và tính khả thi trong việc chế tạo với nền công nghệ, kỹ thuật của Việt Nam hiện nay. Qua nghiên cứu, kết quả cũng đã cho thấy được mức độ chính xác của phương pháp ứng dụng cảm biến ánh sáng VIS/NIR so với phương pháp kiểm định trong phòng thí nghiệm là gần giống nhau.</subfield>
