   <subfield code="a">Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định được nhu cầu protein và lipid thích hợp cho sự sinh trưởng và phát triển của cá chim vây vàng giai đoạn giống, nhằm cung cấp dẫn liệu khoa học về dinh dưỡng và đồng thời làm cơ sở phát triển công thức thức ăn cho cá chim vây vàng ở giai đoạn giống. Thí nghiệm được thực hiện trong hệ thống tuần hoàn gồm 48 bể ương (mỗi bể có thể tích 100 L), 1 bể lắng 3 m³ và 1 bể lọc 3 m³ (giá thể lọc là hạt nhựa với thể tích 1 m³, tương đương 750 m² bề mặt diện tích). Thí nghiệm được bố trí 2 nhân tố, với 4 mức protein (35%, 40%, 45% và 50%) và 3 mức lipid (6%, 9%, 12%) và mỗi nghiệm thức được lặp lại 4 lần. Cá được bố trí trong bể có thể tích 100 L, cá giống có khối lượng ban đầu 3,83-4,09 g và được bố trí với mật độ 30 con/bể/100 L. Sau 56 ngày ương, tỷ lệ sống của cá không bị ảnh hưởng bởi hàm lượng protein hoặc lipid trong khẩu phần ăn. Tốc độ tăng khối lượng hàng ngày (DWG) của cá tăng khi tăng mức protein lên đến 50%, lipid 6 và 9%, tuy nhiên DWG của cá giảm ở nghiệm thức protein 50%, lipid 12% khẩu phần. Tăng trưởng và hệ số chuyển hóa thức ăn (FCR) tốt nhất của cá cho ăn khẩu phần ăn có hàm lượng 50% protein, 9% lipid. Khi kết thúc thí nghiệm, chỉ số gan (HSI) và chỉ số nội tạng (VSI) đều giảm khi tăng hàm lượng protein khẩu phần. Từ kết quả có thể kết luận rằng thức ăn phối chế chứa 50% protein và 9% lipid được xem là thích hợp cho sự tăng trưởng của cá chim vây vàng giai đoạn giống với FCR thấp nhất và hiệu quả sử dụng protein cao nhất.</subfield>
