   <subfield code="a">Đề tài được thực hiện nhằm phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến rủi ro tín dụng cá nhân tại Vietinbank Tây Đô, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm hạn chế rủi ro tín dụng, nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động tín dụng tại Vietinbank Tây Đô. Khách hàng đi vay chủ yếu với mục đích phục vụ tiêu dùng như xây dựng sửa chữa nhà ở, mua bất động sản, mua xe ô tô nên các khoản vay thường tập trung trong thời hạn trung và dài hạn. Kết quảng hiên cứu cho thấy các khoản vay với mục đích tiêu dùng chiếm 78%, còn lại 22% là vay vốn với mục đích kinh doanh. Về thời hạn vay vốn, các khoản vay trung và dài hạn chiếm 70,7%, còn lại 29,3% là các khoản vay ngắn hạn. Kết quả từ mô hình hồi quy nhị phân cho thấy, có 7 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến rủi ro tín dụng của khách hàng cá nhân tại Vietinbank Tây Đô bao gồm: Tài sản đảm bảo, Thu nhập, Kiểm tra, Giám sát khoản vay, Kinh nghiệm của cán bộ tín dụng, Sửdụng vốn đúng mục đích, Lịch sử vay vốn, Đa dạng nguồn thu nhập. Trong đó, biến lịch sử vay vốn có tác động thuận chiều với rủi ro tín dụng, còn lại các biến khác có động nghịch chiều với rủi ro tín dụng cá nhân tại Vietinbank Tây Đô. Cuối cùng, thông qua các kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả tiến hành hệ thống lại cơ sở đề xuất giải pháp và đề xuất 4 nhóm giải pháp cụ thể để hạn chế rủi ro tín dụng tại Vietinbank Tây Đô bao gồm hoàn thiện hệ thống xếp hạng tín dụng nội bộ khách hàng; Kiểm soát, quản lý sau khi cho vay vốn; Nâng cao chất lượng và quản lý nhân sự; Quy định về công tác thẩm định khi cho vay.</subfield>
