   <subfield code="a">Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu tìm ra các dòng vi khuẩn có khả năng xử lý cơ chất rơm và giúp tăng năng suất nấm rơm (Volvariella volvacea). Các dòng vi khuẩn được phân lập từ nguồn rơm khô trên môi trường CMC 1%. Sau khi phân lập và tách ròng, các dòng vi khuẩn được đánh giá khả năng phân giải cellulose trên môi trường thạch CMC, xylan, giấy lọc và bột rơm nghiền. Các dòng vi khuẩn có hoạt tính mạnh sẽ được tuyển chọn và khảo sát khả năng làm tăng năng suất nấm rơm bằng cách phun 1 lít dịch nuôi cấy vi khuẩn trực tiếp cho 100 kg phụ phẩm rơm (mật số 108 CFU/mL) và tiến hành trồng nấm trong nhà trồng với 2 dòng nấm rơm khác nhau (NR1 và NR2). Kết quả đã phân lập được 28 dòng vi khuẩn trên môi trường CMC. Trong đó, 6 dòng vi khuẩn VK8, VK21, VK28, XK2, XK11, XK20 cho hiệu quả phân giải mạnh và 2 dòng vi khuẩn VK28 và XK2 cho hiệu quả phân giải giấy lọc, bột rơm cao nhất. Hai dòng vi khuẩn này được chọn cho nghiên cứu về năng suất nấm rơm. Các mô rơm được xử lý bằng dịch vi khuẩn xuất hiện đinh ghim sớm hơn (9-10 ngày từ lúc chủng giống) so với các mô không xử lý (10-11 ngày). Năng suất nấm rơm đạt 1026,5 g/mô (VK28); 1018,2 g/mô (XK2) ở dòng nấm rơm NR1 và 1087,5 g/mô (VK28), 1066,5 g/mô (XK2) ở dòng nấm rơm NR2, tương ứng với mô đối chứng không xử lý vi khuẩn là 973 g/mô/NR1 và 1013 g/mô/NR2. Kết quả này cho thấy việc ứng dụng 2 dòng vi khuẩn VK28 và XK2 sẽ giúp giảm thời gian trồng và tăng năng suất nấm rơm.</subfield>
