   <subfield code="a">Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của hàm lượng protein và vitamin E lên sinh sản cá tra nhằm phát triển công thức thức ăn nuôi vỗ cá tra bố mẹ. Nghiên cứu gồm 2 thí nghiệm, thí nghiệm 1: Ảnh hưởng của hàm lượng protein ở mức 30, 40 và 45% cùng mức lipid 8% lên sinh sản cá tra bố mẹ. Thí nghiệm 2: Ảnh hưởng của bổ sung 300, 600 mg vitamin E/kg thức ăn (cùng mức 120 mg kẽm/kg thức ăn) và không bổ sung vitamin E, kẽm lên sinh sản cá tra bố mẹ. Ở thí nghiệm 1, cá tra bố mẹ được ăn thức ăn có hàm lượng protein 40% và  lipid 8% cho sức sinh sản  thực  tế 91.861-113.695  trứng/kg cá cái; đường kính trứng cá trước sinh sản đạt 0,98-1,00 mm, sau sinh sản đạt 0,98-0,99 mm; tỉ lệ trứng thụ tinh 84,5-87,3% và tỉ lệ nở đạt 76,2-84,5% cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (p&lt;0,05) so với mức protein 30% và 45% (lipid 8%). Thí nghiệm 2, cá tra bố mẹ được cho ăn thức ăn có hàm lượng protein 40%, lipid 8% có bổ sung 300 mg vitamin E/kg thức ăn và 120 mg kẽm/kg thức ăn cho kết quả về sức sinh sản thực tế 134.552-156.490 trứng/kg cá cái; đường kính trứng cá trước sinh sản đạt 0,95-0,99 mm; đường kính trứng sau sinh sản đạt 0,96-0,99 mm; tỉ lệ trứng thụ tinh đạt 88,5-90,3% và tỉ lệ nở đạt 85,6-86,8% cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (p&lt;0,05) so với nghiệm thức đối chứng nhưng không ý nghĩa thống kê (p&gt;0,05) so với nghiệm thức E600. Nhìn chung sử dụng thức ăn có mức protein 40%,  lipid 8% bổ sung 300 mg vitamin và 120 mg kẽm/kg  thức ăn giúp cải thiện chất lượng sinh sản của cá tra.</subfield>
