Tác giả cũng trình bày các yêu cầu cho việc cải tiến hoặc thiết kế với một phương tiện dạy học như phải có tính khoa học, tính kinh tế. Phần cuối, tác giả giới thiệu việc thực nghiệm sư phạm.</subfield>
