   <subfield code="a">Continuous  petri nets are used to model discrete event systems in wich the number of parts insreases more and more, but in the firs kind of continuous prtri nets, the maximal firing speeds are constant (CCPN ). So. it does not take fluctuations of the systems incoming and of  the demand into account. therefore , this paper presents an extension of the CCPN , the continuous petri net with maximal speeds  depending on time. The special case where speeds  are piecewise constant is studies. After formal definition, a special attention is paid to algorithms. Finally, this prtri net model is illustred by an example.</subfield>
