Resumo:This study investigated the move structures and also the linguistic features of online English tourism brochures. The data of the research comprised 20 digital English tourism brochures taken from various official tourist destinations around the world. This research framework is based on the move structural model in tourism brochures of Lou & Huang (2015). The study’s findings indicate that eight-move structures were applied in the selected online English tourism brochures. The communicative purpose of these moves is to persuade tourists to visit the destination.
