| Resumo: | This thesis is designed to focus on the distinctive syntactic features in English trade contract drafted by English people and Vietnamese people. Some distinctive syntactic features such as commonly used words, phrases, clauses and sentences in English trade contract drafted by English people and English trade contract drafted by Vietnamese people were analyzed. The study is expected to provide Vietnamese learners of English with a description of distinctive syntactic features in English trade contract drafted by English people and Vietnamese people. The study also helps teaching English trade contract and helps Vietnamese learners of English find out distinctive syntactic features between English trade contract drafted by English people and Vietnamese people so that they can apply in drafting English trade contract. |
