Achoimre:The study aims to give a description of syntactic and semantic features of Passive Voice in both languages. Theoretically, the study is intended to identify the similarities and differences of Passive Voice in the two languages semantically and syntactically. In practice, the study aims to supply not only a theoretical insight into the Passive Voice in English and in Vietnamese for learners of English but also some implications in passive voice, and learning so that they can use it effectively in communication.
