This research sets its sights to enrich the existing state-of-the-art literature on the advantages of big data adoption through delving into the effect of big data analytics (BDA) on the effectiveness of accounting information system (EAIS) towards sustainable innovativeness (SI) achievement within the public sector organization (PSO). The survey questionnaire was employed to gather the data from a sample of 312 respondents in PSO in Mekong Delta region. In investigating the proposed model, structural equation modelling (SEM) was wielded to determine the hypothesized causal interconnections. The result analysis underscored that BDA resulted in gaining the EAIS and the organizational SI. The theoretical value of the present research was the contribution to the literature through providing a framework to analyze the strategic driver, which was antecedent of SI of public sector.
