However, choosing and applying IT to create efficiency is not much business can do and do well. Base on the IT basis theoretical, We study a practical model of IT application at Dak Lak Power Company, especially the c (Enterprise resource planning system), Internal Email system, wide area network... The article analyzes the outstanding advantages, the values obtained after enterprises deeply apply the ERP & CMIS software in the operation especially meaningful in terms of management compared to before without these softwares. At the same time, it shows the strengths that make effective & competitiveness for Enterprise.
