סיכום:This study aims to generalize the development and influence of research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the hospitality industry. The study analyzed 108 articles on the Web of Science (WoS) database. Using bibliometric methods with VOSviewer and Excel support tools, the study clarified the progress of research from 2006 to 2024. The findings indicate a noteworthy surge in publications from 2019 onwards. The research also demonstrated the effectiveness of studies by identifying the most influential publishers, articles, and countries with the highest number of publications and citations. It also pinpointed elements closely linked to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the hospitality sector, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, human resource management, corporate social responsibility, job performance, and so on. These elements can serve as precursors or consequences of OCB. Furthermore, the study reveals research trends for the topic, identifies gaps, and suggests some future research directions.
