Molecular analysis of the induction of sports in azalea = Moleculaire analyse van sportvorming in azalea
The sporting phenomenon provides a useful additional source of variation. Sport induction is the consequence of a sudden variation in gene expression in somatic cells, and results in plant having shoots with a different phenotype.
