It undertook and facilitated training courses, workshops, seminars, research, technical assistance, information exchange, and linkages with appropriate institutions and individuals. It was the Asian network facilitator for the Forest, Trees and People Program (FTPP) of FAO. RECOFTC's program expanded to include the Thailand Outreach Program, funded by the Ford Foundation. In addition, the Regional Outreach Program initiated activities in China and Vietnam. | ||
