| Yhteenveto: | The story is about Farmer Brown discovering that the cows and chickens on the farm are using a typewriter to request items such as electric blankets. When their demands are denied, they begin a strike by withholding milk or refusing to lay eggs. This causes chaos and difficulty in farm management. In an attempt to restore order, Farmer Brown proposed a deal: he would provide an electric blanket if he received a typewriter. However, instead of delivering the device as promised, the ducks requested a diving board. Finally, the story ends ironically as farmer Brown faces endless demands from the animals on the farm. |
