Deskribapena
Gaia:The purpose of this study is to explore the perception of primary English teachers, regarding project-based learning and the current practice of project-based in their English lessons. The instruments employed for data collection and analysis of the study include a survey questionnaire for 11 teachers currently teaching Grade 3-5 and observations six lessons at three different primary schools in Da Nang City. The work revealed that the teachers possess significant theoretical knowledge and also regard project-based learning as a beneficial approach. The findings of the study supported the view that teachers can gain benefits through students’ project-based learning in obtaining content knowledge and group work skills and that is the reason why they have become less favourable to traditional teaching methods.
