Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:Organic nutrients and auxin play a central role during Ngoc Linh ginseng (P. vietnamensis) adventitious root culture in vitro. To understand how the nutrient elements and auxin were uptaken during the adventitious root induction, a biotechnological approach to identifying the nutritional physiology of ginseng in a commercial scale was necessary. The effects of the medium types and auxin concentration on the induction and the growth from adventitious roots were investigated. Appropriate conditions allowed for a maximum callus production to be obtained after 2 months of culture in MS medium with supplemented 50g sucrose, 8g agar, 1mg 2-4D/l. Otherwhile, matured explants was subcultured in Gamborg (B5) MS solid medium supplemented with 50g sucrose, 8g agar and 5mg/l IBA, under continuous total dark condition. The induced highest number of rooting from matured explants is very good. The results demonstrated that the key organic nutrients can be regulated to improve the biomass and growth in vitro cultures of P. vietnamensis adventitious roots.
