Tóm tắt: | Strawberries are a specialty crop of Dalat, strawberry area increased constantly due to domestic demand. From 2004 to 2009 the area of Dalat strawberries reached about 180 ha, however the end of 2010, strawberry area has steadily declined due to complex movements of disease, status mass death of strawberries happened very popular in all regions of strawberries grown at Da Lat. Diseases also made strawberry yields fell rapidly from 40kg/1,000m2 to 15-20 kg/1,000m2 (2 days/cycle harvest) and fruit quality also declined due to pesticide residues.
Using readily available materials as a substrate and planting in plastic house gave a opportunity to control safely the disease, especially diseases of mass death (black root rot) caused by Fusarium sp., Pithium sp. in the soil, to create products safe strawberry, off-season, to meet the needs of growing distributors as well as consumers of high quality, beautiful morphology and large mass.
Based on the results of experiments, we draw the following conclusions:
1. Substrate: The best substrate for strawberries growing is a mixture of rice husk ash and coco peat by the ratio of 1:1.
2. The concentration of N, P, K (mg / L) in the nutrient solution are 150 N- 44P - 124K in vegetative phase (after planting to the first harvesting) and 150 N-44P - 166K in generative phase (after the first harvesting to the end) .
3. Using in-vitro rooting plant combined with Trichoderma treatment decreased proportion of death plant from 7,50% to 1,93%. Use Bacillus subtilis composition reduced the level of powdery mildew disease from 3.8% to 1.3%. Using Streptomyces reduced the level gray mold diseases on fruit from 4.4% to 2.0%. Use yellow chrysanthemums traps reduced thrips and red spider density from the 30.8 fish/plant and 63.6 fish/plant to 9.1 fish/plant and 14, 4 fish/plant, respectively. The effect of thrips and spider extermination of Green Map and Binhtox 3.8EC in the first time were higher, but then the effect of these pesticides were only equivalent or lower than the yellow chrysanthemums traps.
4. Quality of fruits: Growing strawberries on the substrate in plastic house give large fruit, bright red, plump. Total sugar content, vitamin C content, organic acids content, solutes content are equivalent or higher than the strawberry cultivation methods other. Nitrate content, pesticide residues, heavy metals residues and coliform, E. coli strain was below the threshold.
5. Economic efficiency: Growing strawberries on the substrate in plastic house gave higher economically efficient than growing strawberries grown on soil, profits were higher 7,8 times than outdoor growing and higher 2.8 times than indoor growing. |
