Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:The stock price is one of the topics that attract business managers and investors to the stock market in recent times. Meanwhile, financial ratios are often used as a basis for evaluating businesses and valuing stocks in the market. Therefore, the author conducted a study to examine the influence of some financial ratios such as earnings of a company before interest and tax to total assets, quick assets to quick liabilities, revenue to net income, and size of firm on stock prices of some listed Vietnam companies. Data were collected on time from 2019 to 2021 (that is the period when Vietnam is seriously affected by the Covid epidemic ) from 93 enterprises listed on the Vietnamese stock market. The results show that earnings before interest and tax to total assets and the size of firm are factors that have a positive impact on stock prices. This shows that in addition to profitability from production and business activities, enterprises with a larger scale will have greater value, attract more attention from investors and have a higher stock price.
