Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:Based on field survey data collected from the Nung (Phan Sinh) community in Lam Dong province, the author finds that there are many unique features of the Nung ethnic group in their traditional funeral and burial rituals such as the custom of getting water to wash the face of the dead; offering raw eggs and small chickens expressing the aspirations of regeneration; putting food in a jar next to the coffin of the lost when burying; lying on the road with face-up; offering money tree - made of bamboo and colorful papers and house – made of paper or cloth; the custom of disinterment and reburial, etc. Nevertheless, due to the significant changes in society in recent years, the traditional funerals of the Nung (Phan Sinh) ethnic group in Lam Dong province have been changing considerably as a result.
