The findings indicate a noteworthy surge in publications from 2019 onwards. The research also demonstrated the effectiveness of studies by identifying the most influential publishers, articles, and countries with the highest number of publications and citations. It also pinpointed elements closely linked to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the hospitality sector, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, human resource management, corporate social responsibility, job performance, and so on. These elements can serve as precursors or consequences of OCB.
