This policy was set out and led by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh to satisfy the aspiration and beautifully ideal goals of Vietnamese people. It is the flag of our people to unite, make great victories with the climax of Great Spring Victory 1975, ending the long-term revolution against foreign invaders gloriously, opening the era of independence, freedom and the process to socialism, making a worthy contribution to the world’s revolution. Our Party combined and highly promoted national strength with the time strength, the strength of domestic and international power, the potential of the country and the nation with the strong and extensive support of people in all continents for the war of our people. Today, national independence associated with socialism remains the great lessons of Vietnam's revolution and is always a leading torch to bring our country and our nation to prosperity and happiness. |
