On day sixty, the rate of germination were found the highest on the seed 30 days old. The seedling were cut and transferred to WPM medium supplemented with 30g/l sucrose, 8g/l agar, 1g/l activated charcoal and the combination of pant growth regulators were 2 mg/l BA, 0.2 mg/l NAA.
