For the purpose of capturing the opinions, sentiment as well as evaluations of readers after exploiting and using the library in the past time. We do our research through through the process of editing your poll data of readers during the past time survey, then using machine learning techniques to classify opinions to capture information through that data. This evaluation process is not governed by managers or survey takers, is highly accurate and very objective.
