| Zusammenfassung: | Analyzing the important role of bibliographic control step in the cataloging procedure in supporting Information - Library agencies in Vietnam to share data and create favourable conditions for users. Analyzing the problem of applying different bibliographic standards in the cataloguing procedure at libraries in Vietnam, in particular: bibliographic description rule sets, classification charts, formats, subject or keyword indexes. In order to implement the data authority control, the article recommends applying the cataloging standard toolkit and format of the modern cataloguing rules at information - library agencies, including: IFLA cataloguing regulations on "Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records - FRBR"; Functional Requirements for Authority Data - FRAD; Functional Requirements for Subject Authority Data - FRSAD. |
