spelling oai:scholar.dlu.edu.vn:DLU123456789-1155982023-10-05T16:57:17Z 基于节点导纳矩阵扩展的滤波器系统综合方法 Nguyễn, Năng Hải 唐万春 Nodal admittance matrix Multifunction filter Voltage-mode Universal filter Active filter Analog electronic Doctoral Thesis In the design of filter circuits,following the systematic methodology will be of great help in the realization of filter circuits,which will be advantageous for developing methods for circuit design.System conversion is a convenient technology and new function schemes can be obtained from available circuits,because each conversion technique can be applied to many circuits to obtain the desired functions.In this thesis,we introduce a systematic method to synthesize voltage-mode universal filters using nodal admittance matrix expansion.Nodal admittance matrix expansion is introduced as a systematic method,which can synthesize active circuits from transfer functions,without any previous understanding of the shapes of relevant circuits.In this thesis,we introduce some systematic methods primary on the nodal admittance matrix expansion technique and derive some filter circuits with specific transfer functions,such as universal filters with multiple inputs,outputs and using the second-generation current conveyor(CCII),differential difference current conveyor(DDCC)and differential voltage current conveyor(DVCC).The quality factor value of the filter can be adjusted without changing the pole frequency,and they can be realized without the need of big resistance and capacitance.The voltage-mode synthesized universal biquadratic filters can realize all four standard(low-pass,band-pass,high-pass and notch)filters by using the minimum number of active elements.The circuit designed in this paper has the following advantages: employing different active elements,simple circuit configuration,orthogonal controllability between pole frequency and quality factor.Finally,the correctness of the obtained circuit is verified by the simulation results of H-Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis(HSPICE),and the feasibility of the introduced method is demonstrated. 2023-04-07T09:01:33Z 2023-04-07T09:01:33Z 2019 Dissertation https://scholar.dlu.edu.vn/thuvienso/handle/DLU123456789/115598 zh application/pdf Nanjing Normal University
