oai:scholar.dlu.edu.vn:DLU123456789-1156032023-10-05T16:56:58Z The influence of confucian culture on the Vietnamese folk-song 儒家对越南歌谣的影响 Phạm, Văn Hóa 赵炎秋 Confucian culture Vietnamese folksong Vietnamese culture Doctoral Thesis After Vietnam became independent (938), due to special conditions of society and history of Vietnam which produce the demand for frustration over politics,education and culture of thought,Confucian culture infiltrated into the life of the Vietnamese people.In Vietnamese culture,from material culture to spiritual culture,exist two heterogeneous types of development trends.Representing the culture of the upper class in the society is Confucian culture and representing the one of the common people is the traditional folk culture.In fact,these two types of culture are not unrelated to each other,but mutually interdependent and supportive.This is in line with the neutral and concordant traditional culture of Vietnamese people.Our thesis,through the research of Vietnamese folk songs,intends to explore the influence of Confucian culture on the Vietnamese folk songs,and to better understand the influence of Confucian culture on traditional Vietnamese culture.Our thesis consists of 3 parts:Introduction,body and conclusion.In the Introduction section,the reason and meaning of the topic,the research method and the history of the issue are clearly stated.The body comprises 5 chapters.Chapter 1 examines the role and position of Confucian culture in Vietnamese culture,generalizes and identifies how Confucian culture penetrated and became a part of Vietnamese culture.This chapter also demonstrates the specific manifestation of Confucian culture in the life of the Vietnamese people.Next,chapter 2 studies the relationship between Confucian and Vietnamese folk songs,mainly explains the influence of Confucian culture on the development process and characteristics of Vietnamese folk songs.This chapter also emphasizes the role of the Confucianists in Vietnamese folk songs,particularly their role in the work of creating and spreading folk songs.Chapter 3 researches the influence of Confucian culture on the theme of Vietnamese folk songs,principally clarifies the Confucian ethical thought expressed in the folk theme,leading to the recognition of the process and method of receiving Confucian ethical thought of Vietnamese culture.Through the theme of folk songs,we can see that this reception process is a selective acquisition process of Vietnamese culture.Then,chapter 4 surveys the influence of Confucian culture on the lyrical character of Vietnamese folk songs.We clearly demonstrate that Confucian culture influences the distinction between men and women in folk songs.Folk songs in this section illustrate the way language is used,the responsibilities,duties and behaviors of men and women in Vietnamese society.This chapter,through lyrical character analysis in folk songs,indicates that Confucian culture after entering Vietnam has merged with Vietnamese culture.Finally,chapter 5 studies the influence of Confucian culture on the artistic form of Vietnamese folk songs.We have proved that folk songs are of great artistic value more or less thanks to the fact that the art form is derived from Confucian literature.In summary,in the context of feudalism of Vietnam,the content and form of folk songs have developed strongly.Confucian culture not only influenced the creative conception and process of the folk songs,but also played an important role in.the content and art form.From the Vietnamese folk songs,we can see the traditional Vietnamese society;see the acquisition of Confucian culture by the Vietnamese culture and society.This reception was in the spirit of promoting Vietnamese culture to be richer and more developed.Therefore,this learning and reception have been diversified and abundant,unified and flexible,critical and creative. 2023-04-10T05:42:47Z 2023-04-10T05:42:47Z 2018 Dissertation https://scholar.dlu.edu.vn/thuvienso/handle/DLU123456789/115603 zh application/pdf Hunan Normal University |
