Instead of giving a mile-high view of all types of intellectual property or, at the other extreme, turning readers into pseudo-patent attorneys, Patent Law for Scientists and Engineers provides researchers and students with an understanding of the aspects of patent law necessary to work with patent professionals and enhance patent coverage.
