Tóm tắt:The article has selected the maininfluent factor, the fluctuationlimit, the mathematic model and matrix. The experiment data are in accordant with the research on collision and rotation wearing out base on method of calculation according to pure analyse of variance as per Cochran Standard. In oder to solve by computer easily, coefficients of equation were calculated by method of"stationary model coefficient identification" . By above mentioned research method, the article has created some equation and drew some following basic remarks: - Collision energy is the factor which infuences mainly to destroy speed of block volume of grindcd grain. - When research the influence of coordinate factor, the combination between collision energy and rotation speed is the strongest infuent factor. - When the material hardness increases, the wearing out degree decreases. In case the hardness reaches the limit value, the reduction of rotation can restrict the speed of wearing out.
