There are me asures exercised by the headmasters in controling the teaching activities
durieng the school time , and self – learning performed by pupils at other times. There are managing effects realised on a multi- hierarchical and multi dimensional basis, e.g.
headmaster and his / her deputy ; headmaster and cheifs of faculties; headmaster and teachers ;he admaster and pupils ; headmaster and pupils'parents, etc .
It is on this basis that new ideas are put forward on issues such as functions and
responsibil ities of primary school managers , or content, programmes , and methodology of training courses for primary school managers . |
