This idea is obvious. But what is technology? Which technologies are
appropriate from the point of view of efficiency? From what countries
we should buy? How will technology transfer be carried out? The
problems of price of technologies? and so on ... all of them remain a s
ope n questions
Basing on a lo t of experiences of other countries , especially, of Asia n
countries, in the subject we try to discuss and find out pretty reasonable
answers f o r t he question s . By the use of hypothesis deduction
mathematic al method we have got success in working out some
mathematical criteria to estimate and measure a n investment project in
order to estimate and measure a techno logy in terms of financial
efficiency. |
