aiming to evaluate the role of food legumes in farming systems, and inrlenlity constraints to food legume production in there gion. The results pointed out that food legumes play an important role in human nutrition. animal feeds,as well as improving soil fertility . However, acid soil with low phosphorus and nitrogen content limited considerably food legume productivity .
