kinetin -acid succinic, IBA - acid succinic with rate 1/1,1/2,2/1 in the concent rations from 0,1 to 4,0 ppm, influensed on the rate of mycelial growth of Poria cocos Wolf. (increase or decrease). Their concentration in nutritional medium. from 0,1 to 2.0 ppm, enhanced it strongly their higher concentr at ions from 2,0 to 4,0 ppm decrea sed it strongly the mycelial growth.
The obteined results showed that the medium: mal 2,0g. aga 15g, 200g/1 pine sawdust extract, supplemented with 0.2ppm kinet in - IBA ( 1/1) compound was effective for the growing of Poria cocos Wolf. micelium.
Capability of accumulating biomass of Poriacocos Wolf. mycelium in the uns haking broth medium is high(19,59 g/l after 168h growing in the medium). The microelement composition in micelium is adequate. |
