| Tóm tắt: | The research work consists of three parts :
- The first part presents theoretical and practical basis for this
renovation. Study is dedicated to review of renovation process since 1986:
Results gained ; shortcomings and their reasons .
The second part proposes orientation for further renovation ,
demolishing state subsidies; hence'raising efficiency of invested capital.
Four issue s are to be studied namely: Renovation of investment planning;
renovation of identification and management of prices of construction
work; delegation of levels of investment management ; methods for control
of loan capital reimbursement, identification of levels of depreciation,
management of depreciation fund.
- The third part proposes 11 solutions that needed to be implemented
to make all the above orientations become true. |
