1998, with a few from early 1999. Some articles overlooked or unavailable for the first
edition have been included, e.g. the discovery of transmammary transmission in
Toxocara cati and an important early work on Haemonchus contortus in the UK. In
addition, inconsistencies in the nomenclature used in the camallanoids and capillariines
in the first edition have been eliminated. Teladorsagia circumcincta replaces Ostertagia
circumcincta, Litomosoides sigmodontis replaces L. carninii and Contracaecum rudolphi
replaces C. spiculigerum. |
