Nam Dok Mai, Thong Dam, Sok A Nan and Khiew Sa Woi are the prospective cultivars. Aimed at multiplying these cultivars, some experiments on bark grafting method we re carried ou t in the nursery of the University of Agriculture and Forestry , HoChi Minh City . Here are some results: The length of scion shoots is from 4 .5 cm to 6 cm. Budsticks can be sto red a long time . Most of Thai mango cultiva rs are compatibility with the local mango rootstocks. Bark grafting is the best method .
